Finally!!

Okay, so this isn't quite a "the dog ate my homework " story, but.....I did lose the digital camera with all of my recent pictures on it.  Finally found it in a sack along with the glue gun and some other craft supplies.

Any who....that's my excuse for not posting lately!

Yippee Yippee ye ha!!!   School has started again.  T-man was (believe it or not) thrilled to go back and we were thrilled too!  Maybe a little too much together time over the summer.

He did learn to make some pretty awesome cheese quesadillas this summer.  I couldn't buy tortillas and cheese fast enough!

I haven't been doing too much lately around the house.  I did acquire this cute display case.  Another one of those items that didn't sell when we closed the shop!  I actually didn't want it but now I'm glad that I decided to take it home.  I had fun with all of my smaller goodies and think it might make a really cute seasonal display.  I layered several items over the door handle for interest.

I guess I ended up with a little memento cabinet.  Bits and pieces of things from my grandmothers and the first handmade card that Heather ever gave me.

Heather has been busy with yet another little girls room.  As you can see...the colors are pink, black, and white and the theme is "Paris"!

We found the vintage look poodles at Tuesday Morning.

A harlequin wall in the same room.  The "dots' in between are actually mirrored pieces.

Here's another wall she recently finished.  I'm currently looking for some place to have her paint a fancy letter "D".  Hey....that's one of the perks when your daughter is the artist!  Lucky me!!!

Well....now that I've located the camera, I hope that I can remember all of those things that I was wanting to take pictures of recently!  Anyway....I'm sure going to try and catch up on all of my posting.  We've been out of the loop, as it were, for way too long!
